Coverage:
All Fleur De Lis diffusers come with a 6-month service warranty from the original purchase date. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What's Covered:
Malfunctions of the diffuser's internal components (e.g., misting mechanism, power supply).
Defects in the manufacturing of the product.
What's NOT Covered:
Damage caused by human error.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.
Damage caused by using inappropriate essential oils or liquids that are not recommended for diffusers.
Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dents, or chips, that does not affect the functionality of the diffuser.
Loss or theft of the product.
Consumable parts (e.g., power cords, cleaning solution) if not defective upon arrival.
Warranty Claim Process:

Kindly provide your official receipt number, a detailed description of the issue, and, if possible, photos or videos demonstrating the defect.
Our team will troubleshoot the issue with you. If a defect is confirmed, we will provide you with instructions for returning the defective unit.
To prevent leaks and ensure the diffuser's longevity during transport, please remove the essential oil from its container before packing. We also recommend cleaning it with the provided cleaning solution. Our team will give you more specific instructions regarding this process.
The diffuser must be returned in its original packaging, in like-new condition, and with all original accessories included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition or is missing parts.
Depending on the nature of the defect and product availability, we will, at our discretion, either:
Repair the defective diffuser.
Replace the defective diffuser with a new equivalent value and functionality.
Fleur De Lis will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement diffuser back to you within the warranty period. You may be responsible for the cost of shipping the defective unit to us for warranty claims.
Non-Returnable Items
Essential oils (for hygiene reasons, unless unopened and still sealed).
Items not purchased directly from Fleur De Lis (please refer to the retailer's return policy).
