FAQ

  • What is the approximate duration of use for a 100ml essential oil bottle?
The duration of a 100ml bottle of oil depends entirely on your usage and your preferred scent strength. We recommend starting with a low setting. On a low setting, a 100ml bottle typically lasts 30 to 90 days, though this can vary based on your specific usage habits and the diffuser model you own. If you desire a stronger scent, you can gradually increase the setting and adjust the misting duration. To conserve oil, we suggest setting your scenting schedule to 8 hours per day, which can be further adjusted to fewer hours based on your needs.
  • Why my unit isn't misting?
First, ensure the unit isn't empty and is properly attached. Second, confirm it's fully charged or correctly plugged in. Third, verify the power button is on; a light indicator should appear. If it still doesn't mist after these steps, turn the unit off, wait 2 to 3 minutes, then turn it back on. If the issue persists, the unit likely needs cleaning. Please refer to your instruction manual for proper cleaning procedures. Only use ethyl alcohol or the provided cleaning kit for cleaning. Do not use any other cleaning solutions.
  • Is It Safe for Children and Pets?
Absolutely, yes! Our fragrance oils comply with and have been certified by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) in the US. All our diffusers are also CE, FCC, and RoHS compliant. This ensures they are 100% safe for babies, children, and pets. Our fragrance oils contain zero alcohol and zero additives, consisting purely of essential oils.
  • How to place Essential Oils?
Carefully remove the atomizing nozzle. You'll see the essential oil bottle attached to it; unscrew this bottle. · Pour your new essential oil into the empty bottle. · Screw the filled bottle back onto the atomizing nozzle. Finally, reinsert the nozzle assembly into the diffuser and power it on. 2. Cleaning Your Diffuser Regular cleaning is essential to maintain optimal scent diffusion and ensure your diffuser continues to function effectively. Remove any remaining old oil from the diffuser and store it in a clean bottle. After you have removed the used essential oil bottle, pour a small amount of Fleur De Lis cleaning solution directly into that empty bottle. Swirl it around to thoroughly clean the inside of the bottle, then discard the solution. Next, pour just a small amount (around 10 to 15ml) of Fleur De Lis cleaning solution into the bottle. Then, properly attach this bottle to your diffuser. Run the diffuser for 5 to 10 minutes with the cleaning solution. This process actively flushes and cleans the internal misting system, preventing clogs and ensuring pure scent diffusion. Once the 5 to 10 minutes are complete, turn off the diffuser. Remove the bottle and discard any remaining cleaning solution. Lastly, gently add your chosen essential oils, utilizing either a fresh supply or any previously used ones you have on hand. 3. Switching/Changing Essential Oils Remove any remaining old oil from the diffuser and store it in a clean bottle for future use. Clean the diffuser thoroughly to ensure no previous scent lingers. To ensure optimal performance and scent purity, please follow our step-by-step diffuser cleaning guide. After the cleaning process is complete, your diffuser is now prepared to be filled with your next essential oil. Simply add your new essential oil and you're ready to enjoy fresh scents
